New Kid On The Block

Well we had yet another crazy cold snap the last couple of days. Thursday and Friday the temps dropped from +12 on Wednesday to -29. Burrrrr!
When I went out Thursday morning to do the barn work I found a little bouncing bundle of joy playing with his Mamma.
Cinnie Belle had her baby! A floppy eared black and white adorable little buckling. Who has been named Cookie.
He is doing great and I have never had such a lively, healthy kid that came out like a 10 day old.
It came as a little shock as I was only expecting her to give birth at the end of the month. Boy was I off with my dates....
